Chinique Gordon
Chinique worked for over 10 years in the education sector as an Academc Mentor. Despite a love of supporting young people, Chinique grew tired of the spiriling debt and daily grind during the cold UK winters. After dreading going back home at the end of a holiday in Portugal, Chinique and her husband decided to craft a plan to clear £20,000 worth of debt in 2 years, quit their jobs and become Digital Nomads with their newborn daughter, Taji. It was no easy decision but in 2018 the family embarked on a worldwide adventure living in 14 countries for almost 6 years, expanding their crew Chinique gave birth to their son, Amal, in Mexico in 2022.
While living in London, Chinique started a jewellery & hair accessories business. Under her web developer husband's guidance, Chinique went from complete beginner to driving sales on Etsy from 0 to 100 in just one year, over 1000 sales within the second year and even more in the years to come. Becoming location-independent, they needed to switch these skills to digital products. Chinique began to creating and selling products online which allowed her to manage business from anywhere in the world. Today, with over 3,000 digital product sales on Etsy generating passive income every day, Chinique and her family now have up to 6 streams of income at anyone time which has allowed them to explore the globe and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams on their own terms. Now, Chinique aims to empower others to do the same! She sees her journey is a testament to the power of taking a leap, embracing challenges, and creating a life you love.
